Job Descriptions:

  • Handle customers for Balikpapan projects (walk-in customers, telephone, email, and/or WhatsApp)
  • Provide information and assistance needed by customers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their inquiries

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in any major
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  • Experienced in dealing with customers
  • Comfortable working in the service industry
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
