Job Descriptions:
- Handle customers for Balikpapan projects (walk-in customers, telephone, email, and/or WhatsApp)
- Provide information and assistance needed by customers in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to their inquiries
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma degree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
- Experienced in dealing with customers
- Comfortable working in the service industry
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
